Demo email requests and service-related information

The demo catalogue uses sample tour data, but an email you choose to send may contain real personal information. "Prepare email request" opens a draft in your own email application; it does not send the message automatically. If you send it, the information you include is sent through your email provider to the real inbox at thienduongachau@gmail.com. This email mechanism does not take payment, reserve a place or confirm a trip. It should be distinguished from any personal-data processing associated with actual company services. The company's applicable purposes, recipients, retention periods and privacy arrangements for those services must be confirmed separately; they are not established by the demo.

This section is provisional while the company's full privacy policy is confirmed.

1. Who controls your data

The data controller is CÔNG TY CPTM & DU LỊCH THIÊN ĐƯỜNG Á CHÂU — VIETNAM PATTOURS, trading as Pattours (Vietnam tax code 0103075864; provided by the owner, not independently verified), registered address Tòa nhà 97 Hào Nam, Ô Chợ Dừa, Đống Đa, Hà Nội. 2. What data we collect

When you use the "Prepare email request" button, your own email application opens with a pre-filled message; sending it delivers your enquiry directly to the Operator's mailbox through your own email provider. This website itself does not receive, store or process that message — it has no booking database yet.

The data you choose to include typically covers your name, email address, the tour and travel dates you are asking about, the number of travelers, and any message you add. If you contact us directly by phone or email instead, we collect whatever you choose to share with us that way.

3. Why we use your data, and on what basis

We use this data to answer your enquiry and, if you decide to proceed, to prepare a quote and arrange your tour. This is necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once confirmed. Where that basis does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence you send us.

4. Who receives your data

Your enquiry reaches the Operator's own mailbox and its email provider. Once a tour is confirmed, the minimum details needed (such as your name and travel dates) are shared with the local suppliers involved in that specific tour — for example guides, transport or accommodation providers. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or tour, plus any period required by Vietnamese accounting or tax rules, and is then deleted or archived.

6. International transfer

Because the Operator is based in Vietnam and enquiries often come from other countries, your message is transferred internationally by the ordinary operation of email. No additional international-transfer safeguard beyond standard email transmission is currently in place.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. 8. Right to complain

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
