Terms & conditions

On this page

This website currently displays a sample catalogue. Its tours, dates, prices and availability are demonstration data, not offers of trips currently available to book. "Prepare email request" opens a draft in your email application addressed to thienduongachau@gmail.com, a real inbox. You must review and send the email yourself. Opening or sending that email does not reserve a place or confirm a trip, and this website does not accept online payments. Any actual services would be subject to the company's separately confirmed availability, terms and booking arrangements; the demo does not establish those arrangements.

This section is provisional while the company's full terms are confirmed.

"The Operator", "we", "us" and "our" in these Terms mean CÔNG TY CPTM & DU LỊCH THIÊN ĐƯỜNG Á CHÂU — VIETNAM PATTOURS, trading as Pattours (Vietnam tax code 0103075864; provided by the owner, not independently verified).

By sending a booking enquiry through this website, you ask the Operator to prepare a quote for the tour you are interested in. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a place on any departure.

A contract for a tour is formed only when the Operator confirms your booking in writing by email, as described in "How a booking is confirmed" below.

Step 1 — Enquiry: you send your travel dates, number of travelers and any questions using the "Prepare email request" button on a tour page, or by contacting us directly (see Contact).

Step 2 — Quote: the Operator replies by email with a price, itinerary details and any conditions specific to your enquiry.

Step 3 — Acceptance: if you wish to proceed, you confirm in writing (by replying to the Operator's email) that you accept the quote.

Step 4 — Confirmation: the Operator confirms the booking in writing once availability, your acceptance and, where applicable, any deposit are settled. Only this written confirmation creates a binding contract — a quote or a reply to your enquiry is not itself a confirmation.

Prices shown on tour pages are indicative and per person unless stated otherwise. The final price, together with any taxes, government fees, entrance fees or service charges that apply to your specific dates and group size, is confirmed in the quote and the written confirmation.

Online payment is not currently available on this website, and no payment card details are collected through this site. The payment method and schedule (such as a deposit and a balance) are agreed directly with the Operator after confirmation.

Prices are quoted in the currency shown in the confirmation email. Currency conversion or bank charges applied by your own payment provider are outside the Operator's control.

Changes you request after confirmation (dates, group size, itinerary) are subject to availability and may affect the price; the Operator confirms any change in writing before it takes effect.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the cancellation terms given in your specific confirmation email apply. Where no specific terms were given, the Operator proposes reasonable terms, taking into account how close to departure the cancellation occurs and any costs already committed to local suppliers such as guides, transport or accommodation.

The Operator may cancel or reschedule a confirmed departure in cases such as insufficient participants, safety concerns, or events beyond its reasonable control (see "Liability" below), and will offer a full refund of amounts already paid or, where you agree, an alternative date.

Where a refund is due under these Terms, or under the terms of your specific confirmation, the Operator processes it to the same payment method you used, within a reasonable time and in any case no later than 14 days after the refund is agreed.

If something goes wrong before, during or after your tour, contact the Operator using the details on the Contact page as soon as reasonably possible, ideally while you are still in Vietnam if the issue arises during the trip.

The Operator acknowledges a written complaint and aims to respond with its position within a reasonable time.

The Operator arranges and coordinates tours using local suppliers such as guides, drivers, accommodation and transport providers. The Operator is responsible for exercising reasonable care in selecting and instructing these suppliers, but is not the direct provider of, and does not guarantee, the personal acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.

The Operator is not liable for delay, loss or additional cost caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural events, strikes, civil unrest, government action or changes to transport schedules.

You are responsible for holding a passport valid for your trip, for any visa you may need, and for travel and health insurance appropriate to your tour — see the FAQ for general guidance. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
